Adjust Grenade Damage, Range, and Ignition Time for Lethality

grenade lethality rework
for a long time flashes were used as little as they were because the superior room clearing tool was grenades due to their very high range and hit marker. grenades are more often used to scare players or room clearing than for damage or kill potential. now that flashes are as good as they are grenades are lacking a little, they fill, in practuce a very similair role to flashes. this is why i think they should reduce in range, reduce their ignition time very slightly (as currently you can run away so easily and taht ignition time was added when grenades were broken) and their range can be reduced. the exact numbers are not for me to say as i am not a dev, but if adjusted well grenades can be a good lethal tool, at the current moment incin is genuinely muxh more of a threat than a grenade at your feet, and incins are cheaper and ignite instantly. thx for reading anyone who got to the end have some popcorn
