Adjust Ranked Matchmaking and Skill Points Calculation to Improve Fairness

I have a few minor suggestions. First, I'd suggest factoring disconnected players into SP gain/loss on ranked. Both my games today had two disconnects, and were still very close every round. You'd have to factor in how long they've been disconnected for of course, but I think it's doable. Second, I'd remove win/loss streaks. Wins and losses have more to do with who you get paired than your skill relative to your opponents, and so I wouldn't penalize/reward people for their luck of the draw. It also really rewards people who get lucky enough to have their wins in a streak. The same set of matches with the same players can factor into SP very differently just based on the order of said games, and it adds a layer of luck to what should be skill based. Third, I'd factor in how the game thinks a match will go into SP calculations. I've slammed people 7-0 and gained the same as an evenly matched hour long game. In my eyes, you should lose less if your team has substantially lower ranked players than the opposing team. Finally, I'd ban mic-banned players from ranked for the duration of the mic ban. It puts the entire team at a disadvantage to not be able to communicate with their team members. If it's a false ban, it's five minutes on the first offense. Not a big deal, and they can make a ticket to have it removed from their record. When a mic banned player is on your team, especially when they roam, they put the entire team at a disadvantage. There's no reason to punish the team that was assigned that player.
