Increase responsiveness of trip mines to prevent bypassing

Decrease the spring mind delay. The current bouncy Betty is a lot like the first iterations of trip mines. You can completely run past them. Meaning people on flank aren't stopped by them and just run by them. Completely removing the intensive to shoot them. Can you either make them bounce faster or explode sooner?
