Introduce Non-Adjustable Magnification Scopes for Balanced Gameplay

2x/3.5x/1.5x magnification scopes, for balancing purposes you should make them non adjustable (think a locked Scepter, HRMA, or Trijicon ACOG). This would create a very interesting dilemma of whether or not you want to commit to long angles or not, and would prove much easier to balance than in a flat screen game. Siege relies off them due to the flatscreen nature; Breachers may benefit from easier balancing because VR gameplay wouldn’t benefit a scope as greatly. If it’s still an issue, increase the cost of scopes depending on use (probably 1.5x most expensive if you even add that) and lock them to attack if really needed
