Gadget modifications

You can attach modifications or modify most or all gadgets, an example of this would be for the tripmine, if you looked at it while the buy menu is open (like a gun), it will show modifications. One I would like to add would be “near-instant” detonation, it will make it detonate 0.15 seconds after triggered and maybe to prevent it from being too powerful you can make the buzzing or the beam of light more noticeable.
