Multiple suggestions.
1st suggestion - allow defenders to play outside for an unlimited amount of time but keep the red box. The 10 seconds doesn't really make sense and in some cases the "enemy outside" box gets in the way of playing.

2nd suggestion- create a setting that allows players to activate or deactivate repelling when jumping over railings or out windows.
