add a gamemode called "Skill Soup"

it'll work something like this

-playspace reintroduced

-hipfire reintroduced

-crouch fatigue removed; crouch spam reintroduced

-nades work like the nades heard about in the myths of old

-all weapons 1tap headshot, within their effective range

-C4 range reduced so it isnt a guaranteed kill within 4m

-works under the same system that comp does; ranks, SP, MMR, teams, requiring a guaranteed 10 players for matches, penalties for leaving, skin/credit rewards per rank, (potentially a GC board? mix with current?)

-old ship+old arctic are available to play, but so are the new versions

-comp map pick restriction removed(potentially)

this could add a ton of flavor to Breachers and make it totally sweet like a dessert
Keeping it as a separate gamemode can keep different parts of the community happy
It could be a limited-time mode, or a permanent mode, as well
