The competitive matchmaking experience is flawed. About 40% of the time I load into a match that never starts, and I wait in the lobby for about 2-3 minutes before it kicks me back out to my home base. That is after I was already waiting in some activity, and then I have to rejoin the activity. So I'm not saying improve the actual matching of players, because I imagine you're always trying to improve that. But for the love of god, give me something to do in that lobby! Maybe add a tiny shooting range somewhere (hidden room in the basement?). That gives me a way to warm up / keep playing while I sometimes go in and out for 3 times(!) waiting for a competitive match.
