Mute-All/Separate Mute Buttons

A button on the leaderboard/pause menu that allows you to mute all players. This should still allow pings to come through, but just mute voice comms. If someone wants to prevent pings, they can just target mute. Mute-All should not change the Mute status on each individual players, to allow for the pings to be muted too.

Alternatively, there could be separate mute options for players and pings. Sometimes I don't want to hear my teammates speaking different languages as it can impair my own comms with other teammates, but their pings is are still useful.
