Gadget modifications

For certain gadgets like the frag grenade you can look at it in the buy menu like a weapon and see attatchments/modifications for it

An example would be for the frag grenade there can be a modification that makes it detonate twice as early

And for the flashbang there can be a modification that makes its detonation much louder that heavily suppresses all other sounds much more effectively than a normal one
