Secondary accessory slot & Secondary Chest, over slots

Yeah pretty much the title says it, make them be a layer above the primary ones, this is for better customization.

Some Chest over are more like a complimentary thing than a full cloth (like bullet bell and suspenders)

Will it make bad skins worse? yeah but bad skins is already expected when the level of customization is already this high;

if this was alpha or pre alpha then this would be a really bad suggestion as the limitations of pre alpha made impossible to make ugly skins in the first place. modern has too much customization that you can already make ugly skins so thats why im suggesting this

if yall plan to make more items this would also avoid needing to bloat items by item combinations (Cigar and glasses as example, having a secondary accessory would avoid that kind of item bloat)
