Enhance Player Movement and Combat Modifiers
Additional (& changes for) player modifiers:
- ExplosionKnockbackModifier (0-100) > Modify the amount of knockback a player takes from an explosion

> 2: Instead of completely ignoring explosion knockback, apply it but not the falling state. This would enable infamous rocket jumping!WalkSpeedModifier (0.5-2) (maybe higher? as well as Run & Sprint)
