Steps to Reproduce
- this happened near my spawn
- near where you find the cage with the chest in it
- hanging over a large, square room
- with low tier enemies
Explanation
i walked into one of the rooms you hold a button to get into (and then the door closes behind you); and i cant get out now. there was no exit
