Explanation
The reward system is experiencing an issue where the 1,000 gem reward for linking an account is not being credited to the player's account despite successful claiming, as evidenced by the inability to re-claim the reward and the presence of 0 gems after character creation.
This issue was created from the following Discord message:
I claimed the 1,000 gem reward before booting the game and creating a character. Once I got in game and made my character I saw I had 0 gems. I claimed the 100 daily and got them. I tried re-claiming the 1,000 for linking my account but it said I already claimed them, despite not receiving them.
