Network Issues and Voice Chat Failure with VPN Enabled Post-Patch

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try launching a game with VLESS-type VPN on
2. testing voice chat

Explanation

Me and my friends are from Russia, we returned to play the game again after the big patch with new map and 12 player lobbies, but ran into a serious network issues. In-game friend and party requests work terribly, but the worst issue is - my friend cant launch the game without VPN, but with VPN on in-game voice chat doesnt work, no one is able to hear others or speak. I understand that the core issue with needing VPNs is probably not your fault, but maybe you can suggest a workaround for us or make voice chat work when we have VPN enabled? We have no issues talking on Discord or TeamSpeak, so its not a ping problem. Without VPNs some of us could talk and hear each other, but others couldnt even launch the game without it, getting network errors. We also couldnt search for a public game.
