Leather Vest Attributes: 50% damage reduction against melee attacks. Takes up shoulder and chest slots.
Pirate Hat: Purely cosmetic.

Has boosted reload speed on the Flintlock
Gets a 20% speed increase when holding the Cavalry Sword
Heals with Bandages twice as fast

Neutrals:
Steals money from players in passing
Cannot drop money

Cannot use other armour or melees
Reduced train speed by 33% and cannot ride horses
Boosted aggro range + Outlaw aggro priority
20% less healing from snake oils

Overview: Great in multiplayer, but falls off against large crowds of zombies due to the Flintlock's low ammo.
In the case of an emergency, the Cavalry Sword's speed boost is extremely useful, and Bandages are more valuable.
Weak against boss enemies.
