President Class Enhancement: Summoning and Command System
TOTAL PRESIDENT CLASS REWORK
this class sounded fun until I played it, and it's basically useless and only useful when you have full team or either a medic which will just revive you infinitely for more soldiers. it is just unfun, so I came up with an idea to make a rework for him somehow.
PRESIDENT CLASS REWORK:
Rules:
Only one president per the lobby
15 units maximum (guards, soldiers, medics)
Spawns with:
Sack x1
Shovel 1x
President radio x1
PRESIDENT RADIO: MOST IMPORTANT ITEM:
this item will have different modes:
- summon riflesoldiers
- summon medics
summon guards.
Soldiers: will basically spawn 4 soldiers around you. same as dying. cooldown for spawning them; 10 seconds. rifles as main weapon. BUT: They will have bayonets. they will use them in melee.
medic; spawn 1 medic per 10 seconds. they will not have any weapon, but instead, he will avoid danger and get near you. after that, medic will get near you and start reviving for 30 seconds. they will also revive other players but their priority is president, after president, they will get to downed players and auto heal any downed players with 45 seconds. when reviving any other class player, If there is more medics (like 2), the boost +10% faster will not apply, the boost applies only to the president.
guards: a heavy units. 17.5 second cooldown on spawning. they will have big amount of hp and small fire rate but good damage. they will be slow and more like the ram of the group. they will have shotguns as main weapons.
some moments (IMPORTANT!!!): when you die, you won't lose in solo run and it will not end unless there is atleast 1 medic. the more there is medics, the shorter reviving time is (2 medics - 10% more reviving speed, 3 medics - 20% more speed, etc. one more medic - +10% faster)
when dying, all soldiers and guards will protect medic/medics at all cost, even their life. they will push the enemies back to give more time for medics to revive you.
BALANCING:
Debuffs:
3x radius for zombies to detect you (president is walking attractor basically)
Priority: zombies will have these priorities;
- soldiers, medics, guards (will get firstly attacked)
- president (because he summons, right?)
- any nearby survivor. (just other classes)
President will have just 80 hp instead of basic 100 and 30% less stamina than normal amount.
COMMANDING:
Common sense - now NPC of the president will have common sense. they will run when reloading and cover, run from kamikaze and etc. they will also have bayonets attached to their guns (soldiers) and use them in close combat.
Commanding: there will be a commanding menu. you can give orders to specific units in selecting mode, basically telling them what to do, like "cover me!" or "guard the territory!". so it will be a separate menu with many various commands to use.
ALSO; finally fix pathfinding. they will be able to get on the train and find nearest entrance to get there. president can also use fast commands to command them to get on the train.
MECHANICS;
Despawns menu (you can select which units to despawns to free slots or delete stuck units), every unit will have unique name.
UIs:
in the president radio:

select modes menu (between guards, soldiers, medics)

That's it, I tried to balance it as much as I was able, idk if this gets accepted, I really tried to make this class more depend on your soldiers you spawn, basically fortifying your train and just your perimeter with soldiers but for a cost of tinier hp and significantly less stamina. hope this gets added and the medic and president bug gets nerfed!

Ability; 1.5 more damage on all ranged weapons.
Special: buffs president in the team with 5 more hp. stacks with other soldiers.
