Reposition Cockpit Meters, Add Functional Passenger Seats, Interactive Doors, and Restore Hammer/Axe Tools
Split
Subject: Suggestion for Cockpit Revamp, Passenger Interaction, and Tool Restoration (Hammer/Axe)
- Cockpit Visibility & HUD Revamp
- The Issue: On Passenger, Presidential, and Armored trains, the current meter bars/clusters are too large and positioned right in the center of the lower windshield. This obstructs the driver's view of the tracks.
- The Solution: Please reposition these meters to the side panels or lower the dashboard. Scaling down the meter bar or making it a transparent digital HUD would significantly improve immersion and navigation.
- Passenger Train Enhancements
- Functional Seats: Please make the seats inside passenger trains functional so players can actually sit down.
- Driver-Controlled Doors: Add interactive doors that can be opened/closed. For balance and realism, the doors should be controlled only by the Driver (or authorized players) and must be automatically locked while the train is in motion to prevent glitches.
- Restore Deleted Tools with Passive Skills
- Bring back the Hammer (Passive: Maintenance): Give the Hammer a passive ability called "Structural Integrity." While held or in the hotbar, it reduces the durability loss of train components (doors, seats, meters) by 30%. It becomes a must-have for maintaining the train's condition.
- Bring back the Axe (Passive: Clearing Speed): Give the Axe a passive called "Lumberjack’s Efficiency." It should allow players to interact with or clear wooden obstacles/debris much faster than the Pickaxe, giving it a unique utility role. Conclusion: Restoring these tools with unique passive roles (Pickaxe for mining, Hammer for maintenance, Axe for clearing) will create a better gameplay loop and give players more reasons to scavenge for different equipment.
