Introduce New POI: Abandoned Fortress with Treasure, Hidden Key, and Fortress Warrior Boss

Introduce a new Point of Interest (POI) called Abandoned Fortress. The POI includes a treasure with a hidden key, and a mini boss named Fortress Warrior with 1300 HP and a shotgun that deals 35 damage per shot.
