Werewolf class rework.

Night time buff is neat, but who wants to fight at night? Sure maybe the werewolf class was strong back in the day but, let's be honest. Vampire is better for consistent speed, and survivalist is better for consistent gun damage.

(Note: all numbers and percentages are tentative, they can be changed to something better)

My proposal:
Werewolf has 2 modes, night and day.

Day: Increase gun damage by 1.5x
Drawback is decrease health and movement speed by 10(or 15)%.

Night time:
Health and movement speed are doubled, and his melee damage is increased by 2.5.
Drawback is the class cannot equip/use ranged weapons, throwables etc. and can only melee at night.

(Okay so here's my explanation, at day time in lore, because the werewolf player needs lots of focus to keep its inner beast in control, meaning his focus becomes superhuman in gaming terms higher gun damage, however he's also exhausted after every night, his health and movement speed is nerfed, and at night time, he becomes a berserking beast but well, his hands become too uncontrollable to use guns or throwables, but swinging around an axe, sword, shovel or any melee object is doable)

Basically, ranged at day time, melee at night time. A man vs a beast dynamic. In gaming terms, changing playstyle.
