To get the shocking spear blueprint (it could have any other name i just thought of something quickly) you would have to do something in the tesla lab the task could be anything of your choice

Mechanic: When hitting a enemy it would stun them (or slow them down) for 8 seconds and every enemy in the radius familliar to the dynamite explosion radius would get stunned too
or the hit enemy would have a small radius making each enemy hit by the radius get another radius which would spread until it does not hit any enemy, and it would also deal 20 hp

Example: in the town if you would hit a zombie which is in a horde of them they would all get stunned or would spread on each zombie if the second option is chosen
Just like other electric weapons it would be charged by lighting and would only have one use of the abillity then it would have to be charged

CRAFTING RECIPE:5 METAL, 10 WOOD, 3 COMPONENT

Design:A normal spear with copper wire wrapped around it, maybe something else if there is a better design idea
