Voicechat Indicator on Scoreboard for Active Speakers

We need an activity indicator for voicechat on the scoreboard, so that it's easy to tell who's talking in situations where a mute is needed.

they should add indicators for team, and a mute button for enemy team, but you should not be able to see if an enemy is talking imo because that can be used to see if there is an enemy near you you are unaware of and I like the aspect of having to listen for unfamiliar voices and trace them down, enemy team mute would fix this problem if you really needed to mute someone, without revealing to much information
