Adjust Helicopter and Anti-Air Balance for Fair Gameplay

Buff the helicopter in some way, or at least nerf anti air. Currently the helicopter can be taken out with ease by a single player using anti air against a single player in the attack heli. This shouldn’t be the case because players can respawn far quicker than the heli which should inherently be getting more value than 1 ground troop.
I suggest either make anti air reload/lock on time significantly longer, or lower its damage
Or
Give the helicopter 2 flares that have separate cooldowns
