Add AU/OCE Servers for Lower Ping

AU/OCE servers.
As title, the US-WEST servers are the best we can get which can be 180 ping, and the ASIA-SE is like 230 ping.
It'd be really nice for the Aussie players to get a server that lets us play at the correct ping level.
