Implement Squat Jump Mechanics to Enhance Tactical Movement

Make jumping into a squat.
(Legs lift up rather than the entire player bouncing upwards, player gains significantly less height yet remains able to jump onto objects)
Current system allows players to circumvent the slowness penalty when shooting by going airborne and conserving momentum, if not directly gaining momentum by jumping mid-shot.
Proposed system allows players to still jump onto objects, but mitigates the abusive circumvention of movement penalties and lack of mid-air recoil penalty.
