Enhance Recon Class with Improved Equipment and Features

  1. Recon hit registration needs to be better
  2. Add the drone equipment from breachers is a spotting tool (FPV)
  3. Add tagging system.
  4. At a laser designator or binoculars
  5. Better rifle options.
  6. A spawned Beacon that isnt loud as f***.
  7. Add DMR's to the recon class.
  8. Add C4 as a sabotage tool for recon
  9. Allow better sidearms options for close quarters.
  10. Add camouflage equipment.
  11. Fix the red dot sites, they don't lineup.
  12. Remove bullet drop or add range finders
  13. Add better scope sites
  14. Make a spotter subclass for the recon.
  15. Add smoke grenades to the recon class 16.Ammo improvement 17.Add explosive ammo
  16. Reverse damage falloff.
  17. Shots slow down/stun hit enemies. 20.TBA
