Improved Communication System for Enhanced Team Coordination

Heya.
This is most prevalent in full servers, but a lot of times communication can be really, really difficult to make sense of. I have a few suggestions for improvement, some likely already suggested by others.
- Local Comms. Set it to where we cannot hear friendlies beyond a certain distance, and make the voice quieter the further the source is. This will help clear up comm pollution hopefully.
- Squad Comms. Click the trigger on where ever your PtT radio may be. This will disable your local comm input (to further clear comm pollution) and broadcast your across all distances, maybe add a static filter to help differentiate someone on the radio over someone next to you.
- HUD Indicator for VoiP. Been suggested before, but I figured the higher demand something has, the more likely it'll be added. Simply add a HUD indicator that names any player speaking, color coded between blue for non-squad, green for squad, and red for enemy player.
- Hostile Comms Toggle. - Sometimes I just don't wanna hear the enemy team. Could be insults, kids, but is mostly just being confused when I'm hearing people from both teams when on a contested OBJ. I haven't checked if I can just mute people yet, but if even if I can, it can be pretty inconvenient to individually mute, at most, 16 people.
