Make it so pilots/drivers cannot operate or shoot weapons in the vehicle. Currently tanks and helicopters are insanely unbalanced, a single person can pilot a mini helicopter and cause a lot of chaos, this becomes even more problematic with the flares stopping lock-on missiles which a lot of the time are lacking massively within a match. This issue is also extremely annoying with tanks as the barrel of the tank moves insanely quickly so a single person can capture a point if there's no engineers with a normal rocket launcher. My proposal is to force at least 2 players to work together in order to use these and similar vehicles, which will already massively balance out the game as aiming while someone else is flying/driving becomes far more difficult and far more likely to miss. It will also stop the chance of a single player holding down a point completely solo or capturing the point completely solo using the vehicles.
