The teams are heavily unbalanced sometimes. Especially on the rushmaps where it can be impossible to pass a narrow point if your team is weak. Than you have 15 people each just bursting on each other with explosives and nobody has fun. We need more open maps like Iceland or Paradise. Both are really great and also nice for Rush. Those linear maps are just not good. Pretty poor mapdesign in my opinion.
