Balance Paradise better

Ore needs their own little bird at spawn instead of it being locked in the middle.

As is, if they get s****** early and get locked to their HQ, one team will ALWAYS Have 2 little birds spawnkilling them and make it a monumental task to get out, move the middle heli to ORE's base, and leave the mid point as a fast travel spot. It's good for moving from point to point to point if you use it correctly, as it stands, Ore gets s****** a LOT by the current state of the map.
