Add offset to the defibrillator when detecting HTC Vive-Controllers.

The defibrillator is unusable when playing with Vive-Wands because the sensor rings at the top of the controller impact each other when you attempt to charge it. A few cm offset (ie. towards the "inside" of the hand) would go a long way to fix this and prevent damage to controllers.
