Make it so if someone dies nearby within a few meters but outside of your field of view as a medic, there's a little icon in the edge of your view that points you towards them to notify you that someone near you needs help. Same could go for the need healing and need ammo signs for when someone nearby needs something you have available but you're not looking at them
