Adjust Talon Missile Maneuverability and Recharging Mechanics for Balanced Helicopter Combat
Please reduce the maneuverability of the Talon missile. The flares take a bit to recharge, and the missile is so maneuverable, it can curve around terrain no problem and is almost a guaranteed hit without flares. The flares also take forever to recharge. Thus the only way to survive is to cheese by having an engi or two constantly repair while in the air, which is very broken and not fun for either sides. I want the Talon to take some skill to use as well, like having to pick the right moment to fire, and lead the target for the missile to have more chances to hit. The heli should only be repairable when on the ground. The heli should have limited ammo/fuel. When piloting the heli you should be able to avoid the missile by dipping behind terrain or outmaneuvering it by doing a barrel roll or such. Also reduce the splash on the little bird's machineguns. with all the proposed implemented, the helicopter will have to constantly resupply and repair so it's not as oppressive and has more counterplay, you'd also punish the pilot for being in a bad spot, and promote a more careful and mindful strategy instead (Fly too low and you can't maneuver, but you have more cover to hide behind, fly too high and you get multiple missiles on you which isn't easy to outmaneuver, but it's easier to find and engage targets.)
