'Swap joysticks for helicopter' accessibility option.

Low priority feature: accessibility option that allows for the joysticks to be swapped when piloting a helicopter;
Left joystick controls tilt, right joystick controls turning and height.

Would make piloting helicopters easier for some people, like how the 'invert helicopter pitch' option is there.
