Replace reduced firerate with increased recoil for semi-auto guns. It feels unresponsive when you pull the trigger multiple times and get only one shot. If you tap trigger 1ms earlier than needed, gun will shoot much, muuuuch later than should. E.g. if you hit in tempo with deagle you can do 3-4 shots in a second, but if you miss the tempo it will be maximum 1 shot per second. Guns doesnt work like this. It breaks immersion, makes you feel you play a flat game (probably quake with modern skins, and this is not everyone want). I hope you will stop to pull an owl on a globe and find more immersive ways to balance game, instead of simple timers
