Recon Perk: Silence Enemy Voice Chat on Kill

Right now, Recon is designed to take the role of sniper and infiltrator, but a lot of their infiltration potential is snuffed out by an inability to truly stealthily kill an enemy: That enemy can still speak, even though they're dead. A Recon player can sneak up on an enemy and take them out, but that enemy will call out the Recon's location for up to fourteen seconds. Or, the Recon player will try to place down a spawn beacon while an enemy they just killed is guiding more enemies to it via proximity chat.
A perk designed around silencing enemies' voice chat capabilities once you've killed them would be a nice utility option for a Recon player looking to play a more offensive role.
