The sniper scopes are not properly lined up between eyes. In other games if you have the sniper scope held up to your right eye and then look through you left you will see a copy of the scope position which should align. In forefront when you do this they are misaligned often the scope is a bit to the right. This is called binocular superimposition if my explanation is bad here.
