Preset Flares and Ammo for Little Bird Helicopter

Flares and ammo for the Little Bird should be preset instead of rechargeable. The AH-6 Little Bird has a standard capacity of 60 flares, when pilots deply their counter measures they are set to deploy in 4 to 6 round bursts per trigger squeeze. This way in game pilots aren't left defenseless after deploying flares and waiting for the cool down period. Having a set amount of flares would provide balance in game because if the pilot is not careful they could still dump all 60 flares in a matter of seconds and still be left vulnerable to AA. Having the flares fire in bursts of 4-6 flares would also limit the pilot to about 15-10 countermeasure deployments so it wouldn't be the case that they have an advantage over AA gunners.
Ammo for the mini guns should as be set to fixed amount, since the Little Bird doesn't carry rockets giving it a finite magazine capacity will make it more effective at close air support against tanks but still provide balance because if pilot dumps his ammo trying to kill a tank he's unable to then target ground troops. This would also balance out the air to air fights, often it's hard to get kills on other helicopters because of the weapons cool down. Giving a set amount of ammo (1000 to 1500 rounds depending on RPM of in game mini guns) will give the player more strategic decision making because now the have to weigh out which targets are more worth investing in because ammo in finite.
Having the flares and ammo set to a finite amount could also call for the implementation of a Landing Zone (LZ) where a pilot would have to safely land to reload their flares and ammo. It could be the case where landing in the designated LZ is what triggers the reload or if an Assault class would have to drop ammo cases for the pilot at the LZ, which could encourage more emphasis on teamwork and coordination
