Enhanced Recon Class Damage and Range Mechanics

How to make recon actually a decent class:
Add increased damage over a specified distance. For example, the starter sniper can gain damage and potentially do the same damage as the behemoth at 250-300 meters. The valken can maybe 2 tap at around the same distance if not more. The behemoth can 1 tap to the body if shot from a distance of 250+ meters (if not more), and this can actually make them useful at range. I've sniped from 300+ meters, but the assault class can still laser me like nothing from that far away. I suggest nerfing assault weapons by giving them damage fall off the further the bullet travels. Lastly, I suggest giving all recon snipers an extended mag attachment.
