Implement Select Fire and Slide Release for Realistic Weapon Handling

Select fire on weapons that have it in real life

Select fire would be beneficial as I'm not a fan of full auto for long range engagements, but trying to keep some of the higher firerate weapons to single shot bursts is hard and that ruins accuracy
