Balance Adjustments for Anti-Aircraft Gun and Apache Helicopter in 32-Player Battles

The 2 new vehicles both need balancing ASAP. The self-propelled Anti-aircraft gun I think can be fixed in one of two ways. 1. Remove the lock on rockets completely and increase the guns damage to helis by quite a bit. 2. put a good long cooldown on how quickly it can fire the lock on missiles. Cause as it is now, it's skill-less death to all helicopters. Apache needs the rocket splash damage and range against infantry nerfed. The gunner turret should be the anti infantry part of the vehicle and the rockets the anti vehicle. Another thing about the vehicles that needs to be balanced is their availability and spawn locations. As of now having 1 of each being an objective or first come first serve becomes an issue if one team gets both. It's a snowball effect from a team simply leading to a team steam rolling, with slim margins for recovery. This is even more amplified on Islands map where there is only one of each and only 1 tank in addition.
