Dynamic score based vehicle spawn balancing 

80+ percent of matches feel very one sided. I'm either on a team that is dominating the enemy team or we are getting crushed. Very few games feel close. I feel like this is the games biggest issue as often when one team is getting punished the players start quitting the game. the other day i ended up on a team with 3 players against 15. 

My suggestion is adjusting the vehicle spawn based on the score.  for example in rush... after the first point if the attackers have lost less than x tickets their helicopter or tank does not spawn in.  or it spawns less frequently.   also the defending team gets a vehicle if it's very one sided. for example if the attackers lost less than 10 tickets the defenders get some vehicles.
