Mild vest/gear adjustment to let us get things to slightly more comfortable spots. Maybe like a 2-3" adjustment in position for your gear. If that's not a possibility then maybe just broaden the points needed to interact with your gear. I am specifically thinking with grenades, magazines, and pistols.
