Add Conquest Map with Three Sites at E Refinery, B, D, and Warehouse E

My suggestion for turning Iceland into a conquest map is to have three sites that include start at the E refinery site, then it moves to B and D, then to the warehouse E site. These areas have a lot of cover, and it would require minimal edits to the map.
