add for each like special vehicle spawn a timer when it will spawn back so in the map when you die and in the game you will see a timer for how much time until this helicopter spawns or when this tank or AA tank spawns back and when it is spawned/ moving and people are using it it will say there vehicle has spawned and when the vehicle gets destroyed it will start the timer and on the map the timer will be like smaller and maybe we should have a zoom option for the map that would be nice
