Implement Sniper Bullet Trail, Lethal Headshots, Sniper Focus Mode, and Visible Lasers

Here’s a couple balancing ideas I would personally implement:
sniper fire should leave a barely visible, but still visible, trail behind the bullet. It would really only last like half a second but give enough feedback to the player getting shot that he can take cover effectively knowing where the enemy sniper fire is coming from.
Second, I might have suggested it before, but major explosives and shotgun/sniper headshots should leave the player unable to be revived. Ideally you would have mild gore to indicate that.
Third, snipers should have a focus mode where the scope smoothing gets turned up so players without gunstocks have an easier time making long range shots with bolt action snipers.
Fourth: lasers should be very visible and not work like in breachers, where you can really only see the dot on surfaces - there should be a visible line from the gun all the way to the surface the laser hits.
