Change medic “skip revives” to “call medic” which makes your character shout “MEDIC!” Have revives skipped by default unless someone calls for medic. Saves the frustration of respawn countdown resetting from a medic who’s looking for xp rather than reviving safely. Also possibly reduce respawn count length unless calling for medic
