The team perks should be that when a recon kills someone the person that they killed shouldn't be able too see the red line coming from the shot and the recons not glowing red. Assault should have a faster running speed then everyone else when not aiming. Any vehicle the engineer drives should have 0.5 more health or just more health in general this buff only happens when a engineer drives or sits in the driver seat when the engineer gets out the buffs gone
