Defusal Bomb Timer and Rush Mode Respawn Rules

Bomb Defusal:
If the bomb timer or the game clock hits 0 while someone is defusing or planting, the bomb should only explode after the player is killed or stops defusing or planting — not instantly.
Rush Mode:
When attackers run out of respawns, they should stop respawning but not lose the round until all remaining players on the field are eliminated.
