Rebalance Anti-Air Missiles and Tanks for Enhanced Engagement and Skill

Rebalance anti air (including anti air tank).
Make the anti air missiles do slightly more damage to helicopters but make it so the missile only continues to track the heli if the person shooting it holds a lock on the heli.
This would allow for more skilled pilots to gain an advantage by flying low and risky to break the lock, this would also allow for the anti air missile to be more fun and not just a “point turn your brain off and fire” for the ground troops
Rebalance anti air tank by doing the same change
Increase recharge time for rockets
In return buff the damage of the main guns greatly. Right now it shoots massive 30mm shells but they do barely any damage to vehicles or ground troops
